I don't feel confident at all in making a move, even when I'm already being kissed or touched. I freeze up instead of doing the same things back in return, and I'm afraid it will be mistaken for not wanting to do these things. It feels so embarrassing somehow, even knowing the other person wants it and would likely be over the moon if I did even the smallest thing. I feel a lot of fear around things like "What if he doesn't like it," "What if I'm bad at it," etc.
How can I feel less embarrassed and more confident? How can I just make myself go for it? Are there easier ways to initiate? Any advice?
