Title pretty much says it. We've been dating for 4 months and we both pretty much tell other people we're teachithers bf, gf.
We were out having drinks and started talking and I asked her if I'm her bf, she essentially said yes. In a joking way she said I'm childish though and I like things to be special, I was hoping you'd ask me formally in a cute way. I joking asked her on the spot and she said no it has to be cute so we both had a laugh and that was that.
However even though it was in jest, I fully believe she wants me to make it special for her. I've been jaded in this day and age of dating and I honestly am kicking myself for not making it special and treating it as a formality and just rolled along with what we're doing, I want to do something cute and special for her now.
She's a romantic type, reads romantic novels and likes cutesy stuff. But I'm really drawing a blank on a good way to ask her now that it's been talked about and she knows it's coming. I'm not asking the woman to marry me so it really doesn't have to be anything to big, just something cute.
Any suggestions would be a massive help!
