How and why did you glow-up mentally?

  1. I’ve been conscious of my need for change/confidence for awhile. What really helped is therapy. It is unfortunately a practice I am still learning. I struggle with depression and anxiety. Positive affirmations has helped immensely. Im not gonna lie— it feels very awkward and uncomfortable, sometimes like I’m lying to myself but I still try and push through anyway. I’m unlearning years of self-hate and guilt, so it’s going to take time to rewire my thought process

  2. Went from this mean and lonely individual, to a decently cheery and chatty person and I for some reason find myself helping people

  3. How: therapy gym overhaul of all my relationships and cutting back significantly on booze. Why: I would probably be dead if I didn’t do all that.
