I'm (m29) and married to my (f26). We've been married for less than a year, but we dated for four years before tying the knot. She's new to town and doesn't have any friends here yet, so she usually goes out by herself. Back in August, we hit a rough patch where she was feeling down, and one morning, she texted me saying she didn't like our marriage dynamic and wanted to change things. worked through it and fixed what she was unhappy about. Fast forward to today, my phone was off while I was ordering us breakfast. While waiting for the delivery, I went through her phone like in general and found a convo with some guy. Turns out, she went on two dates with him, and they even took selfies together. From what I saw, she made plans with him on days when I was at work, and which was around the time she said she was feeling sad about us. Now I feel like absolute crap. I checked her Instagram too, and they've been chatting there as well, even using a custom theme-something we don't even have. I haven't brought it up to her yet, but she keeps asking if I'm okay, and I've just been saying I feel sick. What's the right move here?
