When someone says you have pretty privilege do you take it as a compliment or an insult?

Someone told me that I’m not actually disabled from having Tourette’s because I have pretty privilege. Not sure what that means or how I’m supposed to feel about it ahaha. I mean I know I’m disabled I literally can’t drive or do a lot of normal things because of it. But should I just take it as a compliment since they technically called me pretty……..?
