How often can you talk about your hobbies with someone if they don’t share those hobbies with you?

I have a lot of hobbies, most of which I enjoy talking about. Unfortunately, most of my friends have not undertaken these hobbies and know virtually nothing about them, which makes me feel uncomfortable talking to my friends about them. I don’t want to bore my friends, but they often talk to me about their hobbies (even though I don’t share these hobbies with them), so I figured it was okay to talk to them about my hobbies as long as I don’t overdo it. How often can I talk about my hobbies with my friends without it becoming annoying?
