8. Would help if you gave more info than “Chinese”. What particular cuisine??

   You can never go wrong with xiao long bao (shanghai soup dumplings) or ma po tofu (tofu braised in spicy pork sauce), but I wouldn’t expect to find either on a xi’anese or cantonese menu for example.

    Duck and pancakes if you’ve.got extra pancakes in your freezer.

    Lemon chicken if you’ve never tried them before. One of the best tips I’ve ever had in life: if ordering from a new Chinese, always have the lemon chicken because even if the Chinese is shit, it’ll taste OK.
