Any got a penile fracture while masturbating

While masturbating I went hard on my penis, I did hear clicking sound near the tip of my penis but had this on and off and for years and still have an erection. However recently after masturbating hard and fast with tissue and the end I felt a pain in my penis after not a the tip but from where my penis starts at the base and to the middle of the penis , I don’t have any discolouration or swelling could this be penile fracture my erection hasnt been great because I’m nervoud I fractured it. I did not bend my penis or anything like that or pushed it up really hard
