I [M23] have been dating this new girl [F22] since January, and we’ve been officially together for the past 2 months. I’m starting to wonder if I want to continue the relationship, and I’m really unsure.

I dated another girl [F23] for around 5 months from July to December of last year and ended it for pretty much the same reasons… I feel like I get bored, find flaws in the relationship, and ultimately decide I could find someone else who won’t bring about these questioning feelings so I end things.

Unfortunately, I still think about my ex. Mostly because the sex was amazing. She was very exciting and fun to go out and sleep with, but we did have some personality differences and a lot of the times our chemistry together just felt off.

My current girlfriend is kinda the opposite. I feel very comfortable and open with her, and shes super funny and caring and nice. Shes very easy to spend time with, but its not always super exciting and im worried my initial passion/attraction towards her is slowly dying off.

I’m kinda just venting here and wanted to hear some opinions. I’m just unsure wether these feelings i have are valid or if they are just defending myself (fear of commitment maybe) and falling back into another cycle of like a grass is greener syndrome or something.

Thanks for any advice in advance

  1. We are just not going to be capable of know whether you’re mismatched with these girlfriends or if you’re a commitment-phobe. You are really just going to have to look deep into yourself and figure this out.
