It is extremely unlikely you would get pregnant from his penis briefly touching the outside of your vagina, especially if he hadn’t ejaculated. I won’t say absolutely not because precum can have semen in it…but the likelihood of that getting you pregnant from touching your external vulva is like .0001%.
