I’ve been masturbating for years but I still feel like it’s somehow wrong, even though I know it’s natural and can actually have health benefits. Also, when I begin masturbating, it feels good for the first maybe 3 seconds and then it’s just like a little tingle here and there. That might be related somehow to my guilt, or maybe I just need to try a different technique etc. Anybody know how to deal with this?

  1. Can you trace where your guilt/shame comes from? Were you raised in a hyper-religious or prudish household, or do you have trauma in your past, or anything like that? Finding that source, or at least a hint of a source will guide you how to relieve your guilt and shame.
