I don’t feel like texting her again and again because I feel like I’m bugging her. When I showed interest in her, she reciprocated and said she asked liked talking with me last time and invited me to visit her city. But she’s busy and sometimes reads my messages and forgets to reply. I don’t wanna make her feel like it’s an obligation to reply to me but I don’t know how to carry on from here.

It’s a hard truth, but if she was truly interested, she will put in the effort. Either that, or she does have expectations that you will always be the one to initiate. Do you really want to do that?
Perhaps try other channels of communication? Calls? Emails? Personally I communicate best through text, and I expect my partner to be willing to communicate with me through text too.
