I highly recommend, if you don’t already do it, focusing on hip flexibility and ab strength.

There are many yoga poses and stretches that I have been doing lately and I have noticed a positive difference in the bedroom. Specifically hip and lower back flexibility. If you think about it, thrusting comes from the hips and opening these up has a lot of benefits.

Core strength is also crucial and again helps with the movement and stamina. A lot of the angles depend on holding and tightening the abdominals.

Does anybody have any other recommendations for increasing performance along these lines?
