No, it’s actually a green flag if a guy doesn’t drink.
she sounds silly for saying that you can still be fun and not drink lol
It’s a turnoff or a dealbreaker for some drinkers of both genders. I think that’s a sign of an unhealthy relationship with alcohol.
Green flag for me as well
Not a woman, but it was a green flag for my GF. Personally, I don’t drink because my soda addiction is already problematic and I don’t want to put alcohol on top of it.
When she heared me say that she was happy because she doesn’t drink for a different reason. So we just never go to bars and go do other fun activities.
This is not a deal breaker, at least for me (F in my 30s). I rarely drink, so I’m probably closer to your lifestyle vs a social drinker. Some people are more comfortable with having partners that drink socially or have a similar alcohol consumption amounts as they do, unfortunately. I don’t know if they feel like they’re judged by the ones that aren’t drinking, or if it comes off as some sort of assumed superiority complex from the non-drinker, or that someone doesn’t have as much fun if the person they’re with isn’t drinking either.
I think it’s respectable that you have goals as an athlete to not drink. It shows you have goals and are motivated about something and disciplined. It will displease some, but i don’t think it will bother most people
Nope. Been sober for over 2 years and I’ve had no problem getting matches and dates with women
