Do you have a HGV licence?
You’ll probably get lots of answers asking about what you’re interested in etc. I honestly think for upwards of 80% of people the best option is to pick the most lucrative thing you have the aptitude for.
Highly paid work is generally quite challenging/engaging and most people I know who went into passion projects got bored/disillusioned after a few years and wish they made more money.
Train Driver could suit you based in your experience. But if you’re wanting to get out of the cab and more into immersive and team working then it might not be the best option.

If you can afford the pay cut would learning a trade be a good option? Electrician/plumber etc. You’d be earning more once fully qualified
