The heart is an organ. The soul doesn’t exist. What you consider a soul is simply electrical activity in your brain: stop the electricity, you’ve stopped the “soul.”
Isn’t it supposed to be the other way around (if you believe in that sort of thing)? The soul residing in the heart….
Sounds like a bunch of flowery fluff. If you want something in life, chase it consciously and earnestly.
While I believe in the concept of a soul, and the poetic concept of the heart, I don’t believe in fate. Life is a series of branching choices. You control the path of your life, it’s not just destined to go a certain way.
