I’m at school to be an airplane mechanic, am the only woman there and, not planning on telling people since i refuse to become a label, am autistic.
There are 19 guys there and theyre pretty typical, I’ve always been a tomboy myself. Thing is I’m really socially unaware, socializing can be a language i do not understand. Thing is nobody seems to be wanting to talk nor work with me. Just today I’m troubleshooting a multimeter to get it to work and one of the guys simply takes it from me without so much as saying a word to me, the group i tried to be part of did all the work while i stood and watched, even getting told not to touch wires. Tbh I’m falling behind since i have no friends. I love airplanes but going into school has been feeling pretty upsetting…
