Hey folks, I just recently launched a dating site ([www.foxandmuse.com](http://www.foxandmuse.com/)) and would love some advice on issues that men and women have with dating online/offline, in hopes of addressing them, as part of our product roadmap. Uniquely, Fox & Muse attempts to address all the catfish, fraudsters, fakes by requiring ID-verification from all users. Additionally, all men are required to pass a criminal background check. Best of all, subscribers earn points towards getting or gifting luxury lingerie.
Would love to know your thoughts.

What are the 3 top issues that you’ve faced with online/offline dating?

What feature would you love to see from a dating site/app?

Please state your gender and post your answers to [r/fox\_and\_muse\_dating](https://www.reddit.com/r/fox_and_muse_dating/)

  1. Matching with a woman and she either doesn’t message me at all or I message her once and then we never engage further. Bugs the hell outta me 😅

  2. 1. Fake profiles.
    2. Not enough/unspecific filters
    3. Bullshit pay walls.

Would love to see a free app that is actually free on which the people are actually real people and not fake bots put there by the app to keep people addicted or get men to open their wallet.

  3. $5 a month is reasonable, as long as it’s $5, one month. None of the pay for 12 months up front at $60 tricks. I’m tired of paying $30 for one month JUST TO SEE my likes, let alone decide if I want to even match with them. Which is another thing- just let me see them and say no if I want, without asking $5 for the privilege.
